Introducing Lorraine
Lorraine’s first role within the financial sector was working for Bristol & West BS when she was 21, before going on to work for Lloyds TSB bank as a cashier, and then progressed to Personal Account Manager. She then spent 15 years in Clarks HQ as customer care Team Leader. After being made redundant, Lorraine went back into Financial Planning at Old Mill, and most recently, Albert Goodman.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
The people, whether that be a client or the team!
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
My son and I are Bristol City fans so we try to attend as many games as we can. If not watching a game, I am out with my dog, Evie
