Liz Brind

Executive Assistant

Introducing Liz

With over 17 years’ experience supporting senior executives and boards within financial services, Liz joined Bowmore Wealth Group in 2025 on recommendation. She works closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, managing the CEO’s diary and inbox and coordinating Board and SLT meetings – from preparing meeting papers and reports to taking the minutes. Liz’s particular strengths are executive support, governance and meeting coordination. She helps keep the leadership team organised and well prepared, so they can stay focused on strategy and the priorities that matter most.

Tell me more

What do you enjoy most about your job?

What I value most about my role is the opportunity to build trust and lasting relationships. Working closely with others relies on the right chemistry, and from my very first day I felt welcomed as part of the Bowmore family. I also enjoy finding ways to add value and make a real difference, both to the team and to the wider business.

How do you like to spend your time outside of work?

Outside work, you’ll usually find me taking my daughters to gymnastics or hosting playdates, while our two Labradors keep me busy with plenty of walks, whatever the weather.

One thing that is guaranteed to make your day better…

A good coffee to start the day, and a break for a walk whenever I can.

What made you decide to do the work you’re currently doing?

After many years as an Executive Assistant, I set up my own virtual assistant business so I could choose the companies I work with. It felt like a natural next step – building on my experience while developing the new skills needed to run a limited company. Working for myself gives me greater freedom and the opportunity to support outstanding leaders and businesses such as Bowmore Wealth Group.
