Introducing Kelsey
Kelsey began her career in financial services in 2017, starting at HSBC where she progressed into a Team Leader role within the telephony team. She later joined Rathbones, where she was heavily involved in the Rathbones and Investec integration. Nominated to be the one of the integration champions, she provided support to several different departments through the transition by leading roadshows, driving process improvements and delivering training. Kelsey joined Bowmore in April 2026 as part of the Paraplanning Administration team and is excited to make an impact. She thrives on getting stuck in, delivering an excellent client experience and continually improving processes to help the team work smarter and more effectively.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
The people around me. I’m lucky to work with a team where everyone is genuinely supportive, always willing to help!
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
I enjoy keeping active at the gym and unwinding on long walks with my boyfriend.
