What do you enjoy most about your job?
When it goes right, nobody notices HR, and I quite like that. People just feel looked after and get on with their jobs. That's when I know I've done mine.
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
Being outdoors. I love spending time in the garden, listening to a good podcast or audio book.

Seeing a newly potted plant grow a new bud or leaf.
What made you decide to do the work you’re currently doing?
I love the variety each day brings, working in a fractional role allows me to support several organisations across different sectors.
What is one personal rule that you never break?
Treat people with dignity and kindness, especially when the news is difficult. How someone is treated on their hardest day is something they won’t forget.
